"MTV Networks International and onedotzero have launched Bloom, a short film competition aimed at up-and-coming filmmakers, new directors and animators. Entrants are asked to submit written proposals for a one-minute film based around the theme of country and community. MTV and onedotzero will commission the winning films which will be shown on the onedotzero worldwide tour and considered for screening on MTV channels globally."
